This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Surabaya. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, overseeing project management, collaborating with software development teams for system integrations, and ensuring that all designs meet regulatory and safety standards. Day-to-day tasks include creating design plans, reviewing and approving project drawings, coordinating with other departments and project stakeholders, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our property development processes.

• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Architecture or related field
• Professional architect certification is a plus
• Familiarity with local building regulations and codes
