Responsibilities

• Accounting – Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes for management and reporting purposes.
• Financial Transactions Management – Process daily financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.|
• Accounts Payables & Receivables – Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and collections to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
• Bank Reconciliation – Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Expense Control & Budgeting – Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control to support efficient financial management.
• Policy, SOP & Compliance – Follow and support financial policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements to ensure proper financial operations.
• Tax Support – Support routine tax calculations, payments, and documentation without being the primary owner of tax compliance.
• Multiple Legal Entities – manage the reporting and transactions related to multiple legal entities in Indonesia 

Work Arrangement

• Work from office minimally once (1x) a week, up to thrice (3x) a week, subject to change.
• This role reports to the Finance & Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, tax, or financial operations
• At least 3 years experience in financial operations / accounting
• Experience working with accounting and technology systems for financial operations
