Location: BSD, Serpong, Tangerang (Full-time)
Gross Salary Range: IDR 15,000,000 20,000,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage budgeting, cash flow, forecasting, and financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in compliance with PSAK.
- Handle day-to-day accounting: journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Ensure tax compliance (VAT, PPh 21/23, Corporate Income Tax, etc.), including monthly & annual reporting.
- Develop and improve SOPs, support audits, and monitor internal controls to minimize risks.
- Act as liaison for Mandarin communication with vendors, partners, and group stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven accounting experience of 36 years, preferably within FMCG or multinational companies
- Strong knowledge of PSAK and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and strong problem-solving skills.
