Accounting Manager
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) will be an advantage
Work Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role
- Prior experience in manufacturing industries (garment, bags, footwear) is required
Technical Competencies
- Strong expertise in financial statement preparation and account reconciliation
- Experience in journal control, asset management, and accounts payable/receivable oversight
- Familiarity with SIMODIS, ULN, and KPPK systems
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of PSAK, taxation, tax audits, and internal audit processes
Managerial Competencies
- Proven leadership in managing Accounting teams
- Strong financial control and compliance orientation
- Data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and demonstrates strong integrity
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively under pressure
