Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process and monitor budget-to-actual performance.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements; assist with audits and external reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA a plus).
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods industry.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• High integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
