Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the corporate accounting team, ensuring high standards in General Ledger management.
• Manage complex transactions and verify journal entries for accuracy and proper classification.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK & IFRS, and stay updated with accounting regulations.
• Recommend and implement improvements in systems, processes, and controls.
• Monitor financial performance, including EBITDA, contribution margin, and other key metrics.
• Support tax compliance initiatives (Brevet A & B is a plus).
• Maintain complete and accurate financial records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 68 years of accounting experience, including in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP).
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of tax, IFRS, PSAK, EBITDA, and contribution margin.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to lead and train a team effectively.
• Willing to work full WFO at Metland Puri Cipondoh.
