We are looking for a hands-on Accounting Lead to supervise the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across our three business units (consumer nutrition products, mens wellness, and healthcare clinics).
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with PSAK & internal policies.
- Review and validate journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly closing activities.
- Support audit preparation and coordinate with external/internal auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial accuracy to support business decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop accounting staff to achieve high performance.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years experience in accounting with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK & taxation compliance.
- Experience handling multi-entity / multi-business unit accounting is an advantage.
- Proficiency with ERP/Accounting systems.
- Strong leadership, attention to detail, and integrity.
