Accounting Supervisor

Job Description:

• Good understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations for individuals and companies
• Monitoring and analyzing financial and tax reports
• Experience in cash flow management and budgeting
• Managing and monitoring team performance in the Accounting and Tax department
• Prepare accurate and timely financial and tax reports on a monthly and annual basis.
• - Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations applicable to both individuals and corporations.
• Oversee the monitoring and analysis of financial and tax reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with tax audits for individual and corporate taxpayers is considered an advantage.
• Develop, analyze, and control cash flow and budgeting processes effectively.
• Collaborate with all departments to manage and monitor budget utilization, driving the implementation of effective cost-efficiency strategies.
• Manage and maintain a performance monitoring system for the Accounting and Tax departments to facilitate employee performance assessment.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, maintaining effective interactions with team members and senior management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Mathematics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing or Tax
• Willing to work full-time on-site at our office in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
• Female, minimum 27 years old
