Modinity (group of Buttonscarves, Benang Jarum, Nada Puspita, etc) is currently seeking a Finance & Accounting Intern to join our manufacturing business, PT Alia Digital Printex. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and taxation within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and issuing accurate customer invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection
- Record incoming payments and perform regular reconciliation of accounts in the accounting system
- Support month-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable, including reporting and documentation
- Assist in the calculation, verification, and documentation of Withholding Tax (PPh 23) related to transactions
- Support finance-related ad hoc projects and process improvements, particularly within AR and billing cycles
Qualifications:
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Accounting (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar of basic accounting principles, especially Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Familiarity or basic knowledge of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPh 23 (WHT 23)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus)
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in Pulogadung, East Jakarta from Monday to Friday
