About the Role
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Assistant Accounting. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and assist in maintaining compliance with company policies. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in accounting within a large-scale industrial and mining environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and transaction recording
- Support preparation of financial reports and documentation
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Preferably experienced in mining, industrial, or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
