Accountant (Multi-Entities Operations)

Wine Adore Indonesia is looking for an
Accountant to support financial operations across multiple entities in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting, and ensuring smooth coordination across business units.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support accounting processes, inventory tracking, and cross-border transactions, while gaining exposure to regional business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records across multiple entities
- Record financial transactions, prepare journal entries, and perform reconciliations
- Assist in preparing monthly financial and management reports
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Support budgeting, cost monitoring, and basic financial analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams and external accountants or tax consultants
- Audit inventory movement and support reconciliation between systems
- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory adjustments
- Assist in handling financial records related to import and export activities
- Record logistics-related costs including shipping and cross-border expenses
- Maintain financial data in accounting systems (Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Support documentation, compliance processes, and audit preparation
- Develop understanding of basic legal and regulatory requirements in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, particularly those related to accounting, taxation, and business operations.
Requirements
- Based in Bali, Indonesia
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 13 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (Experience in retail, fintech, technology companies, or trading businesses is preferred)
- Experience using accounting systems such as Zoho Books, Xero, or QuickBooks, or similar platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Experience with inventory accounting or multi-entity accounting is an advantage
- Basic understanding of cross-border transactions or import-export processes is a plus
- Interest in international business or product-based operations
