Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Tangerang. The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accurate financial records. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring budgets, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting tax reporting and compliance with local regulations. The role also involves reviewing transaction documentation, assisting with internal and external audits, and providing financial data analysis to support management decisions. The Accountant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
Qualifications

• Strong core accounting skills, including bookkeeping, general ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
• Competence in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis to support business performance.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and experience preparing tax reports and documentation.
• Proficiency with accounting software and office tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and comfort working with large data sets.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in numerical work, and strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, operations, and management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is an advantage; familiarity with inventory and cost accounting is beneficial.
