Role Description The Chief Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Tangerang, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities for TOS Group Hospitality. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the general ledger, supervising month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. The role involves monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as analyzing financial data to support management decisions and improve operational efficiency. The Chief Accountant will lead and mentor the accounting team, implement internal controls, coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders, and support the development of financial policies and procedures for multiple hospitality properties.

Qualifications

• Strong technical accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial reporting, and familiarity with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Previous experience in hospitality, real estate, or service-oriented industries, with understanding of property-level and group-level financial operations.
• Effective leadership and team management capabilities, including staff coaching, workload prioritization, and performance oversight.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, commercial, and management teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and adaptability in a dynamic, growth-focused hospitality environment.
