Accountant

Job Description :

• Manage daily accounting transactions across AP, AR, cash/bank, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and GL.
• Handle the full accounting cycle, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end closing, and financial reporting.
• Perform BS & P&L reconciliation, investigate discrepancies, and resolve outstanding balances.
• Prepare month-end adjustments such as accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and amortization.
• Ensure transactions are properly documented and compliant with accounting policies.
• Support financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, and tax reviews.
• Coordinate with AP, AR, Tax, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate financial records.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Accounting, GL, Finance, or Audit.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliation, month-end closing, and financial statements.
• Knowledge of accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, depreciation/amortization, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and deadline-management skills.
• Audit experience and experience in fast-paced/high-volume environments are advantages.
