About the Role
As our Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for Gojek. Reporting to the Accounting Manager and working closely with functions such as FP&A, Tax, AR/AP, Treasury, Procurement, and various business and product teams, you'll ensure all transactions under your scope are properly recorded. You'll also dive into technical accounting matters, lead analytical reviews, and contribute to process improvements that strengthen the overall financial reporting framework.
About the Team
Gojek Accounting Team works alongside the other finance functions (FP&A, tax, AR, AP, treasury and procurement) as well as business, product and other corporate functions. We own bookkeeping, overall trial balance, and statutory financial statements of all Gojek entities and products in all operating markets. Currently, our team has been busy working on process improvement to align ourselves with global standard and market practice, which will help Gojek to increase its competitiveness in the global market from a financial reporting perspective.
As a team, we're concerned with the growth of the company and each other's personal growth and well-being too. We work hard and play hard, and believe it or not, we actually enjoy each other's company! Off hours, you'd probably find us snacking, drinking, and going out together.
