Accountant

Role Description

Reporting to the Directors and working closely with the Property Manager and Operations team, the Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing investor-related financial processes and supporting property and asset activities across the group and associated property funds and syndicates.

Qualifications

• Strong account payable/receivable background
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications are an advantage).
• Solid experience in financial operations, investor support, account management, property, or funds management.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow processes.
• Comfortable working with investor-facing financial information and senior stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and commercially aware.
• Experience with CRM systems, investor portals, or financial reporting tools is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bali based preferred.
