Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients of Training and Consulting services of Multimatics
  • Coordinate with Sales team to schedule meetings and support lead follow-ups
  • Handle client interactions professionally
  • Achieve outreach targets and contribute to team goals
  • Identify or develop B2B database/potential client list to promote and offer Multimatics Training/Consulting services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferably 12 years experience in telemarketing/sales/customer service.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills.
  • Target-oriented, motivated, and resilient.
  • Good at handling objections and rejection.
  • Calm under pressure, quick to respond.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Familiar with CRM or telemarketing tools is a plus.
