Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Focus on hunter activities by identifying, approaching, and acquiring new B2B customers and business opportunities.
  • Actively develop new corporate accounts and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, business presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
  • Follow up closely on ongoing projects, quotations, orders, payments, and operational matters to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support business operations and customer needs.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales pipeline and business development reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business.
  • Experienced in handling corporate clients and maintaining long-term business relationships.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong follow-up and project coordination skills.
  • Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills would be an advantage.
