We are currently seeking Account Manager of ICT industry who experience in covering/handling clients of Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia, particularly Pertamina as key account, who will play a critical role in driving the company's growth within Indonesia's Energy and Public Sector, especially to establish, develop, and manage relationships with Pertamina and its subsidiaries. The role focuses on building trust-based partnerships with C-level stakeholders, identifying digital transformation opportunities, and managing end-to-end project operations to secure successful transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or related IT disciplines, max 40 y.o.
2. Has minimum 7 years of experience in Sales & Account Management, with at least 5 years in a sales-focused role managing Energy or Oil & Gas accounts, including Pertamina and its subsidiaries.
3. Has Proven track record in complex sales project operations (bidding, contracting, and delivery oversight). Strong capability in influencing C-level and high-level customers.
4. Hands-on experience selling ICT products & solutions for Energy or Oil and Gas enterprises; Deep understanding of industrial digitalization trends, integration between IT and OT (Operational Technology), and multi-vendor solution ecosystems.
5. Fast learner, adaptable, team player, and highly target-oriented with strong analytical skills
6. Professional English fluency both in spoken and written
Key Responsibilities:
1. To consolidate customer trust and long-term partnerships with Pertamina; and Engage directly with C-level executives and high-level decision-makers to position the company as a strategic technology partner.
2. To Drive the achievement of assigned sales, revenue, collection, and market share goals; and Tailor solutions that address the specific business and technological needs of the energy sector.
3. To Lead project operations from opportunity identification through to bidding, negotiation, and contract closure; and Coordinate internal resources to ensure delivery aligns with business objectives.
4. To Lead end-to-end project operations, from opportunity identification through bidding, negotiation, and contract closure; and Effectively coordinate internal and external resources.
5. Promote the company's core enterprise ICT portfolio, including storage, computing, campus networks, and collaboration tools.
6. To Leverage networks within the energy, transportation, and manufacturing sectors; and Support the expansion of the company's footprint..
