We are a growing Microsoft CSP Partner dedicated to helping Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) modernize their daily operations. We are looking for an energetic Account Manager who understands the unique challenges of growing businesses. If you are great at building trust with business owners and can translate IT solutions into practical, cost-effective business value, we want you on our team.

The Practical Solutions You Will Sell:

  • Business Automation: Applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to replace manual/paper-based tasks.
  • Smart Reporting: Easy-to-understand executive dashboards using Power BI.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Cost-effective on-premises server migrations and backups to Microsoft Azure.
  • Modern Workspace & Security: Essential IT Infrastructure & Security solutions to keep business data safe without breaking the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Proactively identify and reach out to new SMB clients while maintaining great relationships with existing accounts.
  • Consultative Approach: Listen to business owners/managers, understand their daily operational headaches, and offer right-sized Microsoft services.
  • End-to-End Sales: Handle presentations, prepare straightforward proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our technical and pre-sales team to ensure the proposed solutions fit the client's budget and practical needs.

What You Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B IT sales experience, preferably with a track record of handling SMB clients.
  • Ability to explain Microsoft solutions simply and clearly, without relying on heavy IT jargon.
  • Experience selling project-based IT solutions or services (not just order-taking for licenses).
  • Excellent communication skills, an approachable personality, and a target-driven mindset.
