We are looking for a Sales Manager specialized in building energy optimization, IOT & Building Automation systems
Responsibilities :
- increase sales by acquiring new customers
- Identify targets and reach out to facility managers, decision-makers in industries such as food & beverage, logistics, property management, Data Centers, Oil & Gas
- collect key information about market trends and competition
- improve marketing & sales documents and pitch the proposed solution/service
- assist the operational technician in site survey, identify operational constraints, and assess technical/economic feasibility
- prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts up to signature
- manage customer relationships and after-sales service
- report activities to management and manage the pipeline process
Requirements
- STM/D3/S1 (Preferably in Engineering 3-4+ years of experience in B to B sales, ideally in the energy management industry, or with technical solutions (as BMS & HVAC-R systems)
- Successful record of negotiations with decision-makers/ facility managers in large companies, including in the Food & Beverage, property management, warehouse distribution center, and logistics market segments
- Ability to understand business issues, develop relevant technical solutions to respond to customer needs
- Analytical and very familiar with new technologies such as artificial intelligence and IoT
- Have experience with leading BAS manufacturers brands (ie, Schneider, Siemens, Delta Controls, Honeywell, Niagara Platform, Johnson Controls, ABB Cylon, ALC, DEOS, Mitsubishi, etc
