Job Vacancy – Account Manager

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct canvassing activities by visiting offices, manufacturing companies, and designated areas.
• Identify and acquire new potential customers directly in the field.
• Deliver clear, simple, and engaging product presentations to prospective customers.
• Promote products and negotiate with prospective customers to close sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to increase sales opportunities.
• Collect and maintain customer data and submit daily visit reports.
• Monitor and understand market conditions, competitors, and customer needs within the canvassing area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with the distribution, administration, and supervisor teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Qualifications

• Previous account management experience
• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the photocopy machine and software industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Based in Bekasi, Cikarang, or Karawang area
