What you will do :
- Deliver monthly and annual sales targets for the LKA/MTI channel within the region, specifically driving the growth of the product portfolio.
- Ensure distribution for the Must-Sell-List (MSL) and manage the seamless listing of new SKUs across all regional accounts.
- Drive In-Store Excellence by securing product availability (OSA) and maximizing visibility (End-caps/POSM).
- Develop and execute regional-specific promotion plans and tactical visibility initiatives while maintaining strict control over the trade spend budget.
- Oversee the end-to-end PO-to-DO process, minimizing out-of-stock (OOS) occurrences and managing distributor performance.
- Maintain strong partnerships with regional LKA/MTI buyers to ensure 100% compliance with national promotion programs and store-level execution.
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor Degree in any related major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years in Sales/Key Account Management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of handling LKA (Local Key Accounts) and MTI (Modern Trade Independent) groups.
- Strong negotiation skills, proficiency in data analysis (Sales-out/Off-take data), and experience managing third-party field forces (SPG/MD).
- High willingness to travel within the designated region.
- Willing to be place in Bekasi (for West Region) or Krian, Sidoarjo (for East Region)
