Job Description

PT Megaroyal IT Comindo was first established in 1986 as one of the first pioneers who introduced modern IT Technologies into Indonesia well-known companies. We currently hold the authorized distributor status for Legrand Data Center Infrastructure and Sunbird Data Center Infrastructure Management Software. Data center infrastructure we supply such as: rack, containment, PDU (power distribution unit), KVM (keyboard video monitor), EMS (environmental monitoring system), electric power distribution (low voltage electric panel, busbar), etc. With the massive development of data centers in Indonesia, we are focused on taking part and providing the best data center solutions.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in professional Mandarin, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Engineering background is a strong advantage
  • Educational background in Mandarin Language Studies from China/Taiwan is an added advantage
  • 12 years of experience in Account Management / Client Relations / Sales
  • Able to work with targets and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

Job Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring all client needs are met
  • Manage, build, and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams (engineering/operations)
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups regarding company products or services
  • Ensure smooth workflow from proposal, project coordination, to after-sales service
  • Prepare account progress reports and project status updates for management
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions
  • Maintain client satisfaction and handle complaints in a professional manner
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company
