Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (s1) in Marketing/Business Management/IT (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Internship or work experience in sales, training, consulting, or outsourcing will be an added value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understand the basics of training, consulting, or outsourcing management.
- Mastery of office tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a timely manner.
- Target and result-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- Understand training, consulting, and outsourcing industry trends.
Jobdesk:
- Building and maintaining good relationships with existing clients.
