About The Role
Join the dynamic team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi as an Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.
Project Overview (Brief overview of project, client, scope & objectives)
- Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions
- The positions requires close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs , find new market opportunities , presenting offers, negotiating and closing contract, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction
- Informal contacts/lobbying , approach the customer to get advance information before tender , maintain relationship or build with new customer
- Finding, creating opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deals
- Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem
- Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system
- Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account
What We're Looking For
- At least more than 2 years experience as account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry
- Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
- Proactive, self-driven and result oriented
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel
