About The Role

Join the dynamic team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi as an Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.

Project Overview (Brief overview of project, client, scope & objectives)

  • Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions
  • The positions requires close with customer for the purpose accessing customer needs , find new market opportunities , presenting offers, negotiating and closing contract, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Informal contacts/lobbying , approach the customer to get advance information before tender , maintain relationship or build with new customer
  • Finding, creating opportunity and develop prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and close the deals
  • Offer solution to customers by study and evaluate customers problem
  • Maintain project funnel in project portfolio system
  • Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account

What We're Looking For

  • At least more than 2 years experience as account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions
  • Proactive, self-driven and result oriented
  • Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple Accounts in parallel
