About the Role
  • Drive B2B sales for gym and fitness equipment
  • Manage both new and existing accounts across commercial and institutional clients
  • Focus on consultative selling and long-term partnerships
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a B2B sales pipeline for gym equipment
  • Prospect and onboard new clients (gyms, hotels, apartments, corporates, studios)
  • Conduct client needs analysis and recommend suitable equipment solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product specifications
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals aligned with company targets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Update CRM, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 24 years experience in B2B sales or Account Executive role
  • Experience in gym equipment, fitness products, sports equipment, or capital goods preferred
  • Proven ability to manage mid-to-long sales cycles
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable handling high-value products and key decision-makers
  • CRM and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency
