Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and manage enterprise clients to establish and maintain long-term partnerships for EWA (Earned Wage Access) solutions
  • Develop tailored proposals and pricing strategies that align with client needs and company objectives
  • Handling end-to-end sales processes including presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value deals
  • Collaborate closely with operational and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction
  • Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to junior sales team members to support their development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Fintech or SAAS industries
  • Strong track record in presenting to C-level executives and managing complex sales cycles
  • Proficient in negotiation, deal closing, pipeline management, and strategic thinking
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a high level of initiative and a well-established professional network
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making
  • Highly results-oriented and target-driven, with the resilience to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Confident, proactive, and adaptable in addressing business challenges and seizing growth opportunities
