Job Description
- Develop Strategic Account Plans : Create and execute annual account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Manage Key Account Relationships : Build and maintain strong partnerships with key retailers to ensure business continuity and expansion.
- Negotiate Commercial Terms : Lead negotiations on trading terms, promotions, and joint business plans to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor Market Trends : Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing, Trade Marketing, SCM, Finance, and distributors to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Analyze Sales Performance : Track and evaluate sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Modern Trade roles, ideally within FMCG/consumer goods.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid analytical ability with proficiency in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF).
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel as required.
