Job Description

As a leading OTA business, tiket.com is expanding its offerings with the launch of tiketplus. This new product, operated under our sister company PT Promoland Indowisata, is seeking a highly motivated Account Manager (MICE) to join its dynamic team.

MICE Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, managing end-to-end sales processes, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role plays a key part in expanding the company's MICE business footprint, ensuring sustainable sales performance, and delivering excellent client experience.

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new MICE clients to achieve predetermined sales targets.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through negotiation and deal closure.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and high service quality.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships by providing ongoing support, insights, and solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze client performance, including revenue contribution and engagement trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and pipeline updates to the direct superior.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, product, finance) to ensure seamless delivery of MICE solutions.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as required by management to support business objectives.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Min 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the MICE, travel, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with the MICE industry, including different event types, target markets, and the sales process.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
  • Able to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong self-motivation, drive, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficient in using systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service and solutions.
