Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in South Jakarta. The Account Manager will oversee relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key responsibilities include managing client accounts, developing strategic solutions to meet client needs, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client deliverables, tracking and reporting on account performance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role requires proactive communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to maintain high standards of client service.
Qualifications
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, advertising sales, or business development, with clear revenue or target achievements
- Strong closing ability: capable of identifying opportunities, pitching solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals independently
- Highly target-driven and results-oriented, comfortable working with monthly / quarterly sales KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to sell value, not just explain products
- Ability to understand client needs and translate them into advertising solutions that drive ROI
- Skilled in managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal, negotiation, closing, and follow-up
- Strong self-management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and design teams to execute campaigns
- Experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital, or marketing-related sales is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for top performers)
