Delta HQ is a PropTech startup based in Singapore. We offer a property management system designed to automate daily administrative tasks in investment property management, striving for efficient operation. By automating all functionalities that were manually managed before, it centralizes tasks to reduce managerial work and costs, aiming for profit maximization.
Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers success
- Create and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
- Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
- Manage all reporting about the health of customers accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Qualifications
- Previous account management experience in a SaaS or technology-related field
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
- Willingness and ability to travel as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., hubspot)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts simultaneously
