We are currently opening an opportunity for the position of Account Manager to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Actively prospect, negotiate, and close deals with new B2B customers to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
  • Account Management & Retention: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, reduce churn, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client business needs to propose appropriate ISP services, including dedicated internet, broadband, and fiber, networking solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal technical/support teams to resolve complaints and ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Market Analysis& Reporting: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management.

The successful candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within an ISP, Telco, or Systems Integrator environment.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: Diploma bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Technical Aptitude: Understanding of internet technology basics and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Target-Oriented: Proactive, able to work under pressure, and highly motivated to meet targets.
