Indonet have an exciting opportunity to recruit Account Manager Cloud to our business.
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
- Bachelor&aposs degree from any major
- Fluent in English (Professional Level)
- A minimum of three years experience in B2B Sales
- Minimum 2 years as a Cloud Sales.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Outgoing personality and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office and or G-suite (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Familiarity with CRS program (Odoo) is a plus
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Generate new business opportunities and leads through multi-channel engagement.
- Build sales pipeline and leads through various initiatives including outbound prospecting.
- Develop sales presentations and marketing materials to potential customers.
- Work in collaboration with sales engineer and other internal stakeholders as key account liaison for customers.
- Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to achieve revenue growth and maximize customer retention by developing relationship at all levels of customer organization.
- Organize regular customer visits to obtain customer feedback on service levels and gather information on new needs and requirements.
- Prepare sales order documentation for customer order execution.
- Oversee post-sales cycle on more complex projects to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Report and manage regular pipeline report/new sales to ensure accurate sales forecast.
