Role Description The Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, responsible for managing and growing relationships with hospitality partners, distributors, and key accounts. This role includes overseeing the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding and product education to ongoing support and performance reviews. The Account Manager will monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to implement promotional activities, menu integrations, and brand initiatives. Daily tasks involve regular visits to customer locations, conducting product tastings and training sessions, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records of account activity and forecasts. The role also contributes feedback from the market to inform product development, pricing, and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success within hospitality, beverages, or FMCG, with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of bar operations, restaurant service, or beverage programs, with the ability to advise on menu placement, drink development, and product usage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesian, including the ability to conduct training, tastings, and product demonstrations.
- Solid organizational, planning, and analytical abilities, including experience with CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, resilience in a fast-paced environment, and comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta, travel to customer locations regularly, and occasionally work outside standard business hours to support hospitality clients.
- Previous experience in premium beverage, non-alcoholic drinks, or brand-building roles is an advantage.
