About the Role
We are looking for Account Manager to support business growth by expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with new clients. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, developing strategic accounts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Develop and manage a strong business pipeline through proactive outreach and market engagement.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Technical, Operations) to develop and deliver customer proposals.
- Manage the end-to-end engagement process from initial discussion to deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and business reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in account management, business development, or customer acquisition roles.
- Strong ability to identify opportunities and build relationships with new clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a growth-driven environment.
- Experience in B2B, fintech, payment systems, or technology industries is an advantage.
