Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage event projects and ensure smooth execution from pre-event to post-event.
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the project timeline.
Understand client objectives, requirements, and expectations for each event or campaign.
Coordinate with internal teams including Creative, Production, Operations, Talent, and Vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project timelines, meeting recaps, status updates, and follow-up actions for clients and internal stakeholders.
Handle real-time coordination and on-ground problem solving during event executions.
Ensure all project deliverables and timelines are executed properly and on schedule.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other project-related documents.
Maintain good client relationships and ensure overall project satisfaction.
Handle multiple event projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, or related fields.
Min. 1 year experience or previous experience in event, agency, brand activation, or project management is a plus.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage timelines, multitask, and Detail-oriented.
Confident in handling clients and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace for reporting and project documentation.
Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Able to join events on-site and work flexible hours when needed.
