  • Lead Acquisition – Identify and pursue potential clients through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow the client base and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Client Engagement – Build and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proposal Management – Develop and present customized proposals and presentations to secure partnerships and close deals.
  • Account Maintenance – Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, renewal, and partnership growth.
  • Sales Reporting – Monitor and report on account performance and pipeline activities, providing accurate sales insights to management.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or partnership development, preferably in education or technology
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling and the education sector ecosystem
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and use of digital communication tools (e.g., Gmail, Slack, Zoom)
  • Skilled in creating presentations and proposals using Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Canva
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
