Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Account Executive with strong experience in the Indonesia market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in enterprise solution selling, and is motivated by achieving commercial success. You will be responsible for driving new business, managing full sales cycles, and building long-term strategic relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, grow, and manage relationships with customers across Indonesia.
  • Lead and close complex sales cycles, presenting the value of Weaver's enterprise collaboration solutions to senior stakeholders and business owners.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through strategic, value-based sellingleveraging business cases, ROI analysis, references, and market insights.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed annual revenue targets and sales quotas.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with solutions, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure strong customer outcomes and account performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers business environments, proactively identifying needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Deliver short-term sales results while building long-term customer success and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of quota-carrying experience in software/technology sales or B2B account management.
  • Strong track record selling into the Indonesia market, with demonstrated ability to build local relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • History of consistently achieving or exceeding new-business sales targets.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM systems; formal sales training is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly in both verbal and written formats.
  • Proficient in Mandarin is preferred.
