Account Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Jakarta, Bekasi and Surabaya. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations, managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Account Executive will also monitor market trends and provide feedback to improve the company's offerings and services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, fresh graduates are welcome
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering professional presentations
• Capability to manage the sales cycle effectively, from lead generation to closing
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree
