Account Executive

This is a full-time Account Executive role based onsite in Kebayoran. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and offering tailored advertising solutions through Pixel's wide array of media products. Day-to-day tasks include creating pitches and proposals, coordinating campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met, and monitoring the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to execute and optimize strategies that deliver measurable results.

• Account management, client relationship management, and ability to understand and fulfill client needs
• Sales, business development, and ability to create compelling pitches and proposals
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with advertising, marketing, and media industries; experience with out-of-home advertising is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly adapt to new tools or platforms
