Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing campaign briefs from planning to execution.
- Understand clients campaign needs, monitor project progress, ensure objectives are met, maintain timelines, track financials, and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (KOL specialists, strategy, creative, and reporting) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver excellent service to all stakeholders; proactively highlight and escalate client concerns to support senior management in identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Prepare reports according to client requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks such as sales orders (SO), purchase orders (PO), and client documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 12 years of solid, relevant experience in social media or influencer marketing.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the social media landscape.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent networking and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
