Create routine work plans (monthly/weekly/daily) related to distributor or reseller acquisition based on business unit directives and strategies.
Conduct research and analyze potential distributor leads, both online and offline, to acquire partners that meet the target.
Run social media activities (IG, TikTok) to support marketing activities for the reseller channel.
Conduct training and manage its execution to increase knowledge and support the development of existing distributors/resellers.
Establish good relationships and cooperation with internal and external parties (resellers & distributors) to support the achievement of business objectives.
Manage operational administrative needs, from routine administrative processes to registration and transaction processes related to distributors and resellers, to create operational excellence.
Monitor expenditures for operational activities in the reseller channel to ensure they are in line with the budget.
Requirements
S1 in Marketing Management, Business Management, Governance / Commerce.
1 - 2 years in a related field, fresh graduates are welcome.
Experience in driving sales through partnerships with Distributors and resellers
