Job Description

Easybiz is a subsidiary of Hukumonline, was founded to help SMEs and Startups in Indonesia to create business permits for companies. it Offers a legality service from A to Z ; From collecting required documents, maintaining every step and prioritising customer convenience.

Responsibilities

  • Exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Acquire new business prospects for the company by prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing a lead, followed by proposal preparation, presentation, and pitching
  • Research and build relationships with clients and the decision-makers in the organization
  • Acting as a key presenter in critical decision-making stages of the sales cycle, building a trusted advisor reputation with new and existing clients
  • Maintain strong and long relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for up-selling company services, particularly in the context of permits and compliance.
  • Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, tender submission, negotiations, and the closing process
  • Maintain and update a dynamic sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of leads, prospects, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams and work closely with marketing, Consultant, and product teams.
  • Willingness to learn and stay informed about the products, especially in the permits and compliance.
  • Actively engage in learning sessions to understand permits and compliance products
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports to the upper management regarding sales activities, client feedback, and sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in any major (preferably majored in Law, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant field.
  • have experience in B2B Sales or Business Development, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers and executives are required. Effective at presenting to executive management
  • Good analytical skills in accommodating client needs
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and highly motivated person
  • Lively, energetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn about permits and compliance updates.
  • Able to work with target & under pressure
  • Able to work from office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM is a must-have
  • Proficiency in English is a plus
