Responsible for managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts within the A2P messaging business, with full ownership of revenue performance and client relationships. This role focuses on driving business growth through consultative selling, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and delivering tailored A2P messaging solutions that meet client needs.
Job Description:
- Define and drive the long-term strategy for A2P messaging products.
- Analyze large-scale messaging datasets (traffic, revenue, routing patterns)
- Align product strategy with overall business and revenue objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research on A2P messaging trends, customer behaviour, and industry developments.
- Analyse OTT impact, enterprise demand, and competitive landscape.
- Translate market insights into strategic recommendations and product direction.
- Identify key enterprise segments (banking, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, etc.).
- Define high-value use cases (OTP, notifications, marketing campaigns, authentication).
- Gather customer insights to refine product positioning and offerings.
- Develop and maintain product roadmap based on market demand and business priorities.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on ROI and strategic impact.
- Collaborate with Product Development and Technology teams for execution.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.
- Benchmark against global and regional players (CPaaS providers, aggregators, MNOs). .
- Design pricing models for A2P messaging
- Support commercial teams with pricing insights, product positioning, and value propositions.
- Evaluate pricing competitiveness and profitability.
- Define product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to drive product adoption.
- Develop sales enablement materials (product documentation and use cases)
- Work closely with Sales, Analytics, Technology, and Operations teams.
- Ensure alignment between product strategy, execution, and market needs.
- Act as the bridge between business, technical, and commercial functions.
- Define and monitor product performance KPIs (adoption, revenue contribution, usage).
- Continuously refine strategy based on data and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferable.
- Min 3-5 years managerial experiences
- Good knowledge of A2P Business Flow
- Experience working with MNOs, Regulator, Aggregators and Merchants
- Good understanding of A2P Business
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft office application
