Requirements

  • Music Savvy / Play Instruments
  • Have an excellent sense of music
  • Up to date to current Music trend
  • Familiar with music and social media platform
  • Savvy in music production
  • Active, easy going, have good motivation and dynamic person
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Good in English
  • Have good network with Music Producers & Composers will be a plus

Responsibilities

  • Finding new potential artist/s
  • Finding, selecting songs for artist/s to produce
  • Doing all the necessary requirements needed to groom and develop artists
  • Responsible in handling all music productions
  • Work closely with Talent management and artist/s in determining the Artist/s future music path
