3D Architectural Rendering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Architectural Rendering Specialist to produce exceptional, design-led visualizations for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.

You must understand architecture not just software. The role requires a strong eye for proportion, materiality, lighting, and atmosphere. Your renders should communicate spatial clarity and elevate the perception of the project.

• Produce high-quality interior and exterior 3D renders
• Develop realistic lighting, textures, and material simulations
• Translate architectural drawings into accurate 3D visualizations
• Collaborate closely with architects and creative leadership
• Maintain visual consistency across multiple projects
• Deliver projects within structured timelines

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in architectural rendering
• Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and commercial work
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, Blender, Lumion, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of architectural plans and detailing
• Ability to work independently and take precise direction
• High attention to realism, composition, and finishing detail

This role is for someone who takes pride in visual precision and understands that rendering is part of the design language, not an afterthought.
