Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer – Lombok / Hybrid

Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a growing company in the real estate and property development industry, in finding a Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer to support their legal function.

Job Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day corporate and commercial legal matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide legal advice to support the company's business and real estate activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate requirements.
Manage and review legal documentation related to property and business transactions.
Identify potential legal risks and provide practical recommendations to management.
Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
Support the company in resolving legal issues and disputes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, property, or real estate matters.
Experience handling contracts and corporate legal documentation.
Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial regulations.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willing to be based in Lombok and work under a hybrid arrangement.
