Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer – Lombok / Hybrid

Adecco Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a growing company in the real estate and property development industry, in finding a Legal Counsel / Corporate Lawyer to support their legal function.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day corporate and commercial legal matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to support the company's business and real estate activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate requirements.
• Manage and review legal documentation related to property and business transactions.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide practical recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, notaries, government authorities, and other relevant stakeholders when required.
• Support the company in resolving legal issues and disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate, commercial, property, or real estate matters.
• Experience handling contracts and corporate legal documentation.
• Good understanding of Indonesian corporate and commercial regulations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to be based in Lombok and work under a hybrid arrangement.
